2001 48' Team Spirit double stacker with custom living quarters that match Toterhome interior, fully outfitted with C-Tech cabinets, Spent over $3,000 on security alarm with GPS tracking, every point of entry is monitored, when alarm is activated it sends emails out to 4 different email address and sends text messages out to 4 different phone numbers, also when the alarm is activated it automatically starts the generator and lights up the outside halogen lights and flashes the 12 volt running lights, it locks the electric trailer brakes, and immobilizes the Toterhome when hooked together, three 155 double sirens (two outside of trailer, one inside) sound off and with the lights flashing and generator running, nobody is going to stick around! With this security system you can monitor it from the website which also allows you to start the generator from a remote location to recharge the batteries if needed! The trailer also has two roof air conditioning units (one on living quarters, one over second level), 12ft. wide Pro awning that spans the full length (48ft.) of the trailer, aluminum tube frame,( 2 pieces) canvas material! Truck and trailer both have new brakes, truck received new drum in front, new pads front and rear, drums turned in rear, trailer has all new bearings, seals, brake pads, magnets and turned all the drums. The area in the front of the lift is more or less a storage area, usually haul the pit scooter, awning canvas, fans, outdoor carpet, etc. The awning is 96 inches, and service records for everything is available.
