2010 Freightliner Description

2010 Freightliner Cascadia Conventional Sleeper Semi.

Still 8 months WARRANTY on a dealer’s complete motor rebuild. Warranty follows VIN number and honoured at any Freightliner dealer.

Takes no oil between oil changes; Lucas 15-40 synthetic long drain changed at 30,000 miles.

NO DEF; Diesel regeneration system rebuilt in 2017. Works well.

Transmission, rears and front spindles treated with More MPG microtechnology in 2017.

Motor treated with More MPG microtechnology at second oil change in 2019.

Recent MVI (July 2019); new fifth wheel top plate, new brakes, new drums, various worn seals and bearings replaced. (Paperwork available).

520 horse power, 13 manual speed transmission, 3:58 (classed as 3:55) rears.

8 deep cycle Canadian made batteries (listed for $206.00 each).

Starts well, on its own, to -15C. (Motor house plugin heater works).

Wired for 120 watts (house) current. 3000-watt inverter; connected. Battery charger; connected. Also, external plug for an extension cord to plug into building or house current.

I’m running a microwave, cooler, coffee percolator, plugs to charge my laptop, electric heater and more.

Electric Wabasso bunk heater. Heated seats; both air-ride captain style.

High beam headlights are 50 Watt LED (equal to 125 watts incandescent each).

Bumper lights are Rigid brand LED (equal to 200 watts incandescent each).

Center Led is amber for snow and fog (equal to 150 watts incandescent).

Will come with 8 new or nearly new recapped XDN-2 treaded rear tires.

Motor work, repairs and maintenance history can be supplied.

Mirrors are clear and free of scratches, but mirror heat does not work on either side.

It is not pretty but it works well.

Working every week. I have been leased to my present company for the last 10 years and they can be called for references.

Personal note; I prepared this truck to work well for the next two years expecting to be working that long, but I am 68 years old and the company I am leased to has had some major changes in their dedicated customers. I am required to travel farther from home and stay on the road longer intervals. The value is there, and I would like to retire.

With this sale, I am losing about $12,000.00 in investment but my loss is someone’s gain.
